• Information you provide directly, such as your email address, onboarding responses, support messages, and any other information you choose to submit through the site or your account.
• Account and security information, such as your login methods, recovery email address, passkey metadata, session data, verification-code events, and API key metadata needed to operate and secure your account. We do not store plaintext passkeys. We only show an API key once when it is created.
• Usage and technical information, such as IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, timestamps, cookies, security logs, and API usage data used to operate the service, prevent abuse, and understand product usage.

How We Use Information

• To provide, maintain, secure, and improve the website and API.
• To authenticate users, manage accounts, deliver verification codes, and support login, recovery, passkey, and API key workflows.
• To understand how users are evaluating and using the service so we can improve the product, documentation, and onboarding experience.
• To communicate with you about your account, security events, support requests, and product updates you request.
• To enforce usage limits, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with law.

Sharing

We share information with service providers (e.g., email and analytics, authentication, hosting, and infrastructure providers) who process it for us under agreements. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We use cookies and similar technologies for session management, security, analytics, and sign-in flows. If you disable cookies or similar browser storage, some account and authentication features may not work properly.

Data Security & Retention

We use reasonable safeguards. We keep data as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete, de-identify, or anonymize it unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
